According to Amazon, and multiple other sites, it sounds like the UK release of American Dad Season 5 is set for May 3rd 2010.

Whilst no special features have been announced yet, the set is believed to contain the final 14 episodes from the TV Broadcast Seaon 4 (Phantom of the Telethon - Stan's Night Out) and the first 6 episodes from TV Broadcast Season 5 (In Country...Club - Shallow Vows).

Olympic Gold medalists Michael Eruzione and Rob McClanahan guest voice in tonight's new episode of American Dad, Return of the Bling:-

"When Stan admits that his heroes include Ronald Reagan and the 1980 U.S. Olympic Hockey Team, including Michael Eruzione and Rob McClanahan (guest-voicing as themselves), Roger confesses that he played on the team as Chex LeMeneux. But when Roger comes clean that he took steroids to win, they both lose. Meanwhile, Reginald tries to win over Hayley by taking her to a concert."

American Dad‘s Rick Weiner and Kenny Schwartz have landed a pilot for The Pink House, a new comedy about “the friendship between two guys who take a risk and move out to LA to begin the next chapter of their post-college lives.” The pilot is for NBC.

New American Dad at 9.30pm ET/PT on Fox tonight with A Jones For A Smith:-

“Stan puts down liberal social programs because he thinks they’re a waste of money and gives Francine a hard time for lending a helping hand at the local homeless shelter. When Stan develops a nasty addiction and needs help, he suddenly has a change of heart.”

American Dad returns to Fox tonight with Don’t Look a Smith Horse in the Mouth at 9.30pm ET/PT:-

“When Francine demands that Stan get rid of his gas-guzzling SUV because it’s draining the family of money, he hatches a plan with Roger at the local horse track to avoid giving up his ride. Meanwhile, it’s up to Steve and his friends to help out an old friend.”

American Dad‘s 2009 Christmas special Rapture’s Delight is finally here! There was a table read for the episode at this year’s Comic Con. Catch it tonight on Fox at 9.30pm ET/PT:-

“As the Smith family go to Church, Stan and Francine have sex in the janitor’s closet as the world ends, leaving them and Roger on earth as Hayley, Steve and Klaus float up to heaven.

“It’s the end of the world when Francine leaves Stan for a better man during the ultimate fight between good and evil, but when the anti-Christ kidnaps her, Stan will do anything to get her back.”

American Dad directors Pam Cooke and Jansen Yee have received a nomination for an Annie Award for their directing in the fifth season episode Brains, Brains & Automobiles. They are up for the ‘Directing in a Television Production’ category. The award ceremony takes place February 6, 2010 in Los Angeles.
