AMERICAN DAD When Steve is left home alone for the first time, his friends persuade him to break the rules in the “Home Adrone” episode of AMERICAN DAD airing Sunday, Oct. 11 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

American Dad producer Kara Vallow has posted the title card to the season 5 première In Country… Club (that airs next week on Fox) on her tumblr blog.

Fox have released a series of pictures to promote the second episode of American Dad‘s fifth season, Moon Over Isla Island.

Fox have released the official Synopsis for “Moon Over Isla Island” the second episode of Season 5 of American Dad.

“Stan has to convince the dictator of Isla Island to sign a treaty in order to get a promotion at work. When Stan meets the general and accidentally kills him, he gets Roger to pose as the leader of the small island nation. However, Roger takes his persona too far and Stan has to rescue him from an impending revolution. Meanwhile, Steve and Snot become competitive to see who can get farther with the other’s mom in the “Moon Over Isla Island” episode of AMERICAN DAD airing Sunday, Oct. 4 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (DAD-415) (TV-14 D, L, V)”

American Dad has lost out on winning this year’s Emmy award for Outstanding Animated Program to South Park. Other nominees included The Simpsons and Seth Green’s Robot Chicken. South Park episode Margaritaville won the series the award in last night’s ceremony which included Seth MacFarlane as one of the guest presenters.

The season 4 première, Sixteen-Hundred Candles, was put forward for the award. Family Guy remains in the running for this year’s Outstanding Comedy award which has yet to be announced.

Fox have released details of the American Dad season 5 première, In Country… Club which airs on Fox Sunday 27th, 2009 at 9:30pm ET/PT:-

“When Steve is selected to sing the national anthem at the Langley Falls Veterans’ Day celebration, he gets some heat from Stan who doesn’t think he’s ready for such an undertaking. Unimpressed with Steve’s vocal talents, Stan decides Steve needs to experience real war in order to sing about our country’s military prowess. But things quickly go south when Roger gets involved and Steve goes bananas.”

Happy birthday Dee Bradley Baker, the voice of Klaus the fish from American Dad. As well as American Dad Dee also provides the voices to other hit animated shows including Spongebob Square Pants and Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

With the new season of American Dad approaching soon (Sept. 27), here’s a heads up of what episodes we can expect see in the next year. None of the first air dates or official plots are available as yet, but here are the names of the episodes:-
