The Parents Television Council has lodged a complaint with the FCC over the 150th episode of Family Guy that aired on Sunday. This time the PTC have taken offence to the scene from Brian & Stewie in which Brian eats the excrement and vomit, then licks the behind, of Stewie.
"The broadcast decency law makes specific reference to content that depicts excretory functions that are patently offensive for the broadcast medium," said PTC President Tim Winter, adding that the show's creator appeared to have set out to violate the law as literally as possible.
This is the third official complaint made to the FCC by the PTC who have been very vocal in the past over their dislike of the show.

I wasn’t too surprised when I heard that the parents’ television council complained about this episode.

The PTC should just fuck off!
If it is so offensive to some people then no-one is forcing them to watch it.
If the parents don’t want their kids to to pick up bad values then “Get off your ass and do some parenting it’s not the TV’S or the freekin FCC’s job to raise your children seriously if your kids learn bad words or do stupid crap after watching these shows then YOU are the ones that should be blamed not the shows them selves”
Finally I think that the PTC is mostly made up of lazy parents that can’t be bothered doing anything themselves regarding their kids entertainment. So they just bitch to the FCC because it’s easier to do that then control there kids.
If anyone dis-agrees with my last statement feel free to enlighten me.

The most annoying thing about this episode was that i actually sit through it.Im a parent of two kids and id never let them watch family guy but family guy isnt for kids as young as mine.I have no problem with what they did on this episode other than most of it was just bad writing. Some of these groups either from the left or right need to back off because they go after so many things thats just b.s. .They didnt show anything out of the way and people need to raise thier own kids instead of trying to complain about every little thing that comes on tv.Its a comedy show thats why its being attacked.Crazy things happen in dramas and on the news all the time and they rarley ever get attention. For some reason u cant get a little dark with comedy other wise some group decides there outraged. My only complaint with family guy is that they just attack christians and conservatives to much. Not that im againts them goin after any group but mix it up a little.Lighten up on the politics and write funnier episodes and im fine,no matter what there goin after.

Here’s my thing – if your children are old enough to understand everything that was going on and what “Brian” was being coerced into doing by “Stewie,” then your children are old enough to watch it. Otherwise, get with the times and buy a TV with the V-Chip in it and stop trying to cancel the shows that are warned to have adult content in them anyhow!
To the FCC and PTC – get a new job, a new hobby and leave my time watching TV alone. By the way, don’t you ever get tired of being the ones who put an axe in the shows that you enjoy watching? I know I’m just about sick of it for you.

The problem is that they take protecting their children a little too far. They have every right to decide what their children watch but NO RIGHT to decide what the rest us watch on TV.
