Biography

Patrick was traumatised as a child when he walked in on his mother (Barbara Pewterschmidt) having an affair with Jackie Gleason, who scared him away by saying his catch-phrase "Pow! Right in the kisser!" He was locked away in a mental institution by Carter and Barbara after having a nervous breakdown, where he came to the conclusion that Gleason was evil because he was fat, leading him to hate fat people.
During his temporary release from the mental institution, he became a serial killer known as the Quahog Fat Guy Strangler. Patrick even attempted to strangle his brother-in-law Peter.
Patrick has an imaginary wife named Marion.
