Note
This is the only episode in which Norm MacDonald provides the voice of Death.
At the end of Hitler's talk show, he displays a phone number that one can call if they would like to view the show live. That number is 213-DU WERDEST EINE KRANKENSCHWESTER BRAUCHEN. Translated to English, the German part of the number means "You will need a nurse." This saying is a German death threat.
