During the drug bust, Joe KICKS a midget.
In the canteen scene at the toy factory the people at the table which Peter is sat at change between shots.
In the Griffin's home after Brian had caught the crook at the airport, Meg holds up a newspaper with the article HERO! and Brian's picture. Next to that article there is a sidebar that is titled "Scientists are mystified by paper rain," referring to the confetti at the parade.
