When Peter discovers he is black, he finds his ancestor Nate's journal. In that journal, Nate shows similar mannerisms. When Brian shows Peter the journal, the picture can be zoomed in on and read: "She's just a horse, but I could tell she knew she was outmatched he he he he. I stepped in cow poop this afternoon. It was so funny that I almost pooped myself. But luckily I didn't."
