Stewie Loves Lois

After Lois saves Stewie's beloved teddy bear, Rupert, he starts to think that maybe he shouldn't kill his dear old mom and clings to her like a baby blanket. However, Stewie's change in demeanor doesn't go over well with Lois and she gets sick of all of his loving attention. Meanwhile, Peter undergoes a prostate exam and thinks his doctor is molesting him.

Gay fantasy		Stewie has a gay fantasy in which his teddy bear, Rupert, appears as a hunky guy with the head of the teddy bear in a pair of speedos on a beach. Rupert actually speaks in the fantasy!
George Takei / Mr Sulu		George Takei appears as his Star Trek character Mr Sulu a number of times throughout the episode, both in and out of a Star Trek setting. A number of references are made to Takei's homosexuality. In 2005 he came out in an issue of Frontiers magazine revealing that he has been in a committed relationship with his partner, Brad Altman, for the last eighteen years.
Homosexuality		Another reference to Stewie's homosexuality is shown when he plays in the water with his teddy bear on the beach. The bear is depicted in a black Speedo with a huge muscular body of a human with only a teddy bear head.
Kermit the Frog		Peter refers to others who have gotten away with such acts after his violation in reference to Kermit the frog loading a shot gun and turning a black man "Back the way He Came"
Lord of the Rings		After showing Peter a picture of a diseased prostate (strangely pulled down from his peg arm) Shames also produces a map of Middle Earth
Michael Jackson molestation		Stewies tells of the time where he was molested by Michael Jackson
Molestation		Peter takes Dr Hartman to court claiming that the doctor molested him
Olympia Dukakis		When Brian is making fun of Stewie for his new-found love for Lois, Stewie comes back with "Brian loves Olympia Dukakis", an actress.
Pirates		In the Judge's memories of his prostate exam he sees Dr. Hartman as a pirate.
Primus		Shamus also pulls a poster of "the guys from (the band) Primus" from his peg arm.
