Fatal AttractionThe scene where Meg is listening to opera while turning the light on and off is from the movie "Fatal Attraction" starring Michael Douglas & Glenn Close.
Good Burger While at the Police Academy performing a body cavity search of Quagmire, Peter finds a copy of the movie Good Burger.
Police academyWhen Peter, cleveland, and quagmire go to the police academy Peter says "welcome to our first day at Police Academy 4" a obvious refrence to the Police Academy movie series
Saturday Night LiveThere would always be this segment on Weekend Update, where Garrett Morris would appear in a little circle and then Chevy Chase would say he's the president of some school for the deaf.
The King of ComedyThe scene where Meg has Brian tied up to a chair in hotel room is similar to a scene in King of Comedy, where Sandra Bernhard's character kidnaps Jerry Lewis.
The WizTrisha Takanawa was reporting the absencse of police, and everyone in the streets 'unzipped' to reveal their true nature, that of African-American swimsuit models. The song/dance number that ensued is derived directly from 1978's 'The Wiz', starring Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, and Richard Pryor. It was directed by Sidney Lumet and was a very loose interpretation of 'The Wizard of Oz'.
