- Winner: Peter Shin – Family Guy “North by North Quahog” – Fox TV Animation
- Voice Acting in an Animated Television Production
- Winner: Seth MacFarlane – Voice of Stewie – Family Guy “Brian the Bachelor” – Fox TV Animation
